So, Inspector Ahmed has admitted to shooting and killing Maa Adwoa during his first trial at the Asokore Mampong Circuit Court. According to his confession, he hugged and kissed her before shooting her six times.
He also mentioned that he had a female friend named Eunice with him at the time of the murder, as he had asked her to accompany him to meet with Maa Adwoa.
Unfortunately, Inspector Twumasi's wife and family did not attend the court hearing, leaving him to face his fate alone.
He has admitted to all charges, including the homicide charge, and is set to appear before the court again on May 20th, 2023. Since he has no lawyer and has confessed to the crime, his sentence is expected to be swift. It's a truly tragic situation.
