Watch Bawumia’s Incredible Football Skills To Show Support For The Black Stars

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the vice president of Ghana, has told the Black Stars to stay confident and do their best in the 2022 World Cup. Their first game is against Portugal.

Ghana didn't make it to the 2018 World Cup in Russia, so they will make their return to the world stage on November 24 at the Stadium 974 against Portugal, who made it to the semi-finals in 2006. This seems like a tough task for the West Africans.

Even though the team didn't do well at the 2021 AFCON and had a number of bad results, they won their final warm-up game against Switzerland 2-0, which gave Ghanaians some hope again.

The Vice President is the latest person to show that he believes in the team by posting a video with an encouraging message on his Facebook page.

At the beginning of the video, the politician showed off some cool football skills. Then he got down to business and talked about his message.

“The moment has come for the black stars to take on the world. We have a group of talented players who have been selected and they cannot be intimidated by anyone. I want to urge the Black Stars to go on and play their hearts out for mother Ghana. We can stand the world. We have done it before and we can do it again. They should go out and emulate the historic deeds of their predecessors. God bless you all. You can do it. GO GHANA GO! GO BLACK STARS GO!” He said.
