Watch Unbelievable Nike World Cup Ad Named The GOAT Experiment

Wed, 16 Nov 2022 Source: Club Mate

The 2022 World Cup official advertisement, which Nike released, has been hailed as one of the best videos ever produced.

The advertisement contrasts the elite talent that will be on display in Qatar with the legendary footballers that came before them.

The "GOAT Experiment" advertisement compares how modern and historical football players do in head-to-head matches using computer graphics.

The commercial opens with two scientists debating whether Kylian Mbappe is superior to Ronaldinho, an icon of Brazil.

To find out who is a better footballer, one of the scientists suggests teleporting Mbappe and Ronaldinho into the lab.

You might have noticed that Lionel Messi, probably the best soccer player in the world, was not present. Simple answer: He is sponsored by Adidas, not Nike.

This Sunday, November 20, at 5 p.m., the 2022 Qatar World Cup gets underway when hosts Qatar play Ecuador in Group A.
