Ghanaian businesswoman Linda Takyi Mensah, also known as Odeneho T'Mens, who resides in the UK, has detailed the painful betrayal she experienced after becoming friends with her husband's ex-girlfriend on Adom TV.

Linda, who is from Antoa in the Ashanti Region, moved to London in 2002 and lived there till soon after getting married.

She described her life abroad to Emelia Brobbey on the Adom TV program "Okukuseku," saying everything was perfect up until she made the terrible mistake of befriending a woman who also happened to be her husband's ex.

She claimed that there was no animosity between the aforementioned ex and her husband, so she maintained their friendship till the end and even extended an invitation for her to remain in their marital house after she became trapped in the UK.

T'Mens said she did not abduct her spouse in a kind of seduction, contrary to popular belief, but instead devised a scheme to end their marriage.

T'Mens described how the ex-girlfriend paid a man to email her in an effort to get her to commit adultery; this story would also be captured on camera.

She claimed that it backfired when the man who had been introduced to her confessed and showed a special interest in her.

She took the chance to urge travelers to exercise caution when inviting people into their homes, whether they are strangers or family members.
