An attache who was conducting her teaching practice in his school and a teacher fell in love. He waited till after her graduation because he was determined to let her succeed. She begged him to cover her tuition so she could pursue a legal degree. He immediately covered her entire tuition bill.
Not surprisingly, she dumped him right after after receiving her diploma, claiming he was too old. He liked her, but he didn't want to get in the way of her studies. After she received her degree in 2018, the couple decided they wanted to move through with getting married. Kyarikunda requested that her partner pay for her entire tuition, which came to Ksh 319,000, so that she may complete her legal degree at the Law Development Center (LDC).
Kyarikunda has been ordered by the court to give her former partner 319k back. After she graduated, they would get married, and the boyfriend had agreed to cover the tuition. Later, Kyarikunda objected to marriage, saying the prospective husband was too old for her.
