Joseph Chiselu, a pastor from Lingstone, Zambia, who is 48 years old, told the court how his wife started denying him the right to conjugal union. This made him check her privates to make sure she wasn't having sex with another man.
Chiselu says that one of the times he looked at his wife closely, he found sperm in her private parts.
The pastor also said he had relationships outside of his marriage, some of which involved people from his church.
The court put the matter off until another time.
In other news, a Kenyan man says he found proof that his wife was cheating on him and used black magic to punish his wife and her lover. The man went to a witch doctor for help because he had no proof that his wife was cheating on him.
The witch doctor was said to have put a curse on the woman. Elite Reader says that the curse would make the man's organ get stuck in his cheating wife. Medical Daily says that it is called "penis captivus" in medical terms.
The enraged husband discovered the wife and her boyfriend and phoned the police. The police couldn't get the two people apart, though.
The lover is said to have paid the husband $205, or 20,000 shillings, to make up for the damage and shame they caused the couple when the husband allegedly refused to break the spell.

A video from what looked like three years ago showed the woman and her lover still linked together. It is said that the spell was broken when a pastor prayed over them. A report says that the pastor asked the lover if he thought God was all-powerful. After the man said "Yes," the preacher told him to "Pull that thing out!" Dean, who is in charge of gender and sexual medicine at the Devon Partnership NHS Trust in southwest England, says that while these muscles are tightening, the penis gets stuck inside the vagina and fills up until the muscles relax.
Dean, who also denies that the pastor's action had any effect, says that when a woman's muscles relax, blood can flow back out of the penis, and a man's organ shrinks, which lets him pull away. According to the National Institutes of Health, vaginal spasms caused by the medical condition vaginismus are so painful that they cause the vagina to close.
Dean says that animals often get penis captivus, especially dogs that people see locked while they are mating on the street.
