The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle Constituency in the Western Region, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, has extended his goodwill message to all the Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E) candidates in Ellembelle.
The 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination which commenced on Monday, August 7, is expected to end on Friday, August 11, 2023 across the country.
600,714 candidates are writing this year's exam with 2,137 examination centres.
In Ellembelle, the examination is taking place at Atuabo, Awiebo, Asasetre, Aiyinasi, Esiama and Nkroful.
In his goodwill statement, the Ellembelle MP who is also the Deputy Minority Leader of Ghana's Parliament, Armah-Kofi Buah, stated that, "I extend my heartfelt wishes to all the Junior High School final year students in the Ellembele District as you commence your final exams, the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), today".
He took the opportunity to encourage them to remain focused and be determined in their examination and come out with flying colors.
"As you step into the exam halls, I encourage you to stay focused, remain determined, and trust in your abilities to excel", he stated.
