Annor, who thrived in the Ghana Premier League, finished the 2021/22 Premier League season with an amazing 21 goals, making him the league's leading scorer.

As a result, he moved to Ismaily, where he excelled in his first season in the Egyptian division, scoring 7 goals and dishing out 1 assist in 28 games.

Annor acknowledged the difficulties of adjusting to a different football environment while talking to Kessben FM about his experience in the new league. However, he expressed pleasure with his development over the season.

It's difficult to play in a new league for the first time, he added. At the club, I worked with a variety of coaches, but I believe that things improved for me later in the campaign.

Annor has until the summer of 2027 left on his current deal with Ismaily, which gives him plenty of time to continue developing his abilities and making a difference in the Egyptian Premier League.
