According to the source, The 46 year-old pastor Reverend Mandisi Mphiti, his wife 29 year-old Dunyiswa Mphiti and their three children, 5 year old Khololwethu Mphiti, 3 year old Zimi Mphiti and 11 months old Yololwethu lost their life in the fire.
The only survivor was a 28 year-old woman, who was rescued and rushed to the nearest hospital.
It is alleged that a community member reported to the police that there was a burning house, on arrival the police noticed that the family was trapped inside the house.
The family could no be saved and they passed away together.
