A young Ghanaian woman who worked as a business administrator in the United States talked about how she moved back to Ghana to start a cold store business.
Cassandra said she had the idea for the business when she visited the West African country and is happy with it.
She told Africans who work abroad and have similar goals to invest in their home country.

Working in the US
Ghanaian news site YEN.com.gh says that the woman told her story on YouTube to encourage Africans who work abroad to think about making similar choices.
The 27-year-old owner of Faustina's Coldstore and Grocery said that she got the idea to start a business when she visited the country during the "Year of Return."
Cassandra said, "It all started during the Year of Return. We came to Ghana to have fun, but I also saw that there are opportunities here and that I can start a business."
Cassandra said that she is happy with her business and that it feels good to be an entrepreneur in Ghana.
She also urged other people from the diaspora, especially young adults with the same goals as her, to move.
"Starting a business is not hard. "That's something that a lot of people don't see," she said.
