During an appearance on e.tv Ghana's "In Bed with Adwen Show," Ama Serwaa revealed that women possess the ability to have extramarital affairs and then return home to their husbands, leaving no trace of their unfaithful acts.

She asserted, "A woman may engage in infidelity and still engage in sexual intimacy with her spouse, all without him ever suspecting a thing."

Expanding on her viewpoint, she added, "If a woman decides to fake her love for you and you are not vigilant as a man, you may fall victim to her deception because they excel in the art of pretense."

However, Ama Serwaa did offer some suggestions on identifying genuine love from women. She emphasized that individuals who are dishonest refrain from sharing their future plans with those they do not truly love, often display irritability, and do not appear genuinely content when kissing their partners.
