Godfred Dame, Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, has ordered the Central Region Police to investigate the assault case at Adisadel College and bring the suspect to court by Friday.

A disturbing online video depicts a student locking the arms of another and striking his face against a metal bed, causing the victim to haemorrhage profusely below his right eye.
The viral video that revealed the incident has sparked outrage and concern among parents, students, and the broader public.
According to a brief statement purportedly issued by the headmaster through the chairman of the school's Parent Teacher Association (PTA), the incident took place on June 30, but both the perpetrator and the victim initially concealed it from the authorities.
The statement revealed that both the perpetrator of the assault and the victim have been sent home, with the victim expected to write his West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) at the school and the perpetrator at the WAEC centre.
In addition, the student who filmed the distressing incident will receive a one-week external suspension for his participation in the incident.
Some students of Adisadel College in Cape Coast who witnessed the assault of a classmate have been summoned for interrogation by the Regional Education Directorate.
The housemaster of Quaque House, where the incident occurred, has also been placed on administrative leave pending further investigation.
