The Alan for President campaign has postponed the Ashanti Region campaign tour.
Originally, the tour was scheduled to begin on Friday, July 28 and conclude on Thursday, August 3.
According to a statement released by Campaign Spokesperson and Director of Communications Yaw Buaben Asamoa, the Constituency Cluster Durbar in the stronghold of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will begin on Monday, August 7 and end on Saturday, August 12.
"The change is necessary to accommodate sensitive government and parliamentary business scheduled for the same time frame."
Alan Kyerematen chose Number 2 on the ballot for the impending National Congress for the Special Electoral College on August 26 on Wednesday, July 26.
The training session took place at the party's headquarters in Accra.
