Justice Nene Amegatcher and Justice Prof. Nii Ashie Kotey, both Supreme Court Justices, have resigned.
As required by the Constitution, the two supreme court judges have both reached the age of 70.
Their retirement followed the recent departures of Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah, the former chief justice, Justice Jones Victor Dotse, Justice Clemence Honyenuga, and Justice Agnes Dordzie.
In 2018, Justices Amegatcher and Nii Ashie Kotey were appointed to Ghana's highest court by President Nana Akufo-Addo.
Parliament subsequently evaluated and endorsed them. They were inaugurated in October 2018.
