Afua Asantewaa Owusu Aduonum enjoying Chef Faila's Food

The Ghanaian Afua Asantewaa Owusu Aduonum has arrived in Tamale. He is attempting to break the Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest singing period by one individual, however the Guinness World Record has not officially acknowledged this.




In support of Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak, who is attempting to set a new record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual, she stormed Tamale.

Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak fed Afua Asantewaa Owusu Aduonum, who was accompanied by her husband and staff, delectable meals.

Assuring Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak of their unwavering support to make sure she made Ghana proud, she wished her the very best.

At the Modern City Hotel in Tamale, Northern Region, Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak is starting a Guinness World Record attempt for the longest cooking marathon by an individual. The event will take place from January 1, 2024, until January 5, 2024.

With a length of 119 hours 57 minutes, Ugandan chef Dorcus Mirembe, also referred to as Mama D, has surpassed the record for the longest cooking marathon, which was set by Irish chef Alan Fisher.

With 144 hours and 20 minutes of cooking, the Ugandan chef has broken the record for the longest cooking marathon.
