Ghanaian forward Joseph Paintsil continued his goal-scoring form for KRC Genk in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League on Sunday afternoon as they hosted St Truiden.
Paintsil netted the final goal for his team as they staged a remarkable comeback from a three-goal deficit to secure a 3-3 draw against St Truiden.
The visiting team had managed to score three goals in the first 45 minutes of the match, taking a commanding 3-0 lead into halftime.
However, in the second half, Genk showed resilience and determination, fighting back to earn a hard-fought 3-3 draw at home. This result moved them into sixth place on the league table after seven matches, with 12 points and a game in hand.
The 25-year-old Ghanaian attacker has been in good form this season, contributing with one goal and three assists in six matches for the Blue and Whites outfit.
