In a shocking turn of events, the popular Ghanaian reggae dancehall performer Stonebwoy and his entourage became the victims of an armed robbery in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States.
The performer and his entourage were assaulted by armed criminals in front of a well-known jewelry store, leaving them shocked and afraid.
In the middle of all the flash and glamour of retail therapy, their day took a terrifying turn when they were approached by armed criminals just outside the store’s boundaries.
With firearms drawn, the criminals shot at the artist and his friends before robbing them of their priceless belongings.
Meanwhile, Stonebwoy is currently on his 5th Dimension Album your.
The eight-city tour commenced in Duluth, Minnesota, at the Bayfront Reggae and World Music Festival and concludes at the Afro Nation festival in Detroit, Michigan, on 20 August.
On the road, Stonebwoy will perform songs from his extensive catalogue, most notably off the new collection.

“This tour is a chance to connect with them on a deeper level and share the incredible experience we’ve created with this new album.”
Signed to Def Jam Africa, Stonebwoy has been a dominant presence in Ghana’s pop scene since 2012, fusing Afropop, dancehall and reggae.
At the recently held 2023 edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, the artist took home the Best Reggae and Dancehall Artist award for a record seventh time.
The news follows a recent tour of Europe from March to May across Europe.
The 12-city tour included stops in London, Manchester, Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin and Amsterdam, among others.
