Okyehene Amoatia Ofori Panin has denounced those who make money off of the labor of the people.
He believes that those who have defrauded the public and accumulated fortune through unethical means will be remembered as a disgrace.
He revealed these while giving a speech at his Okyeman for Christ rally.
Many believe that displaying your material wealth is a sign of success. You are not successful if you have turned to theft in order to achieve success. You are not successful if the blood and labor of the impoverished are on your bank account.
You are not successful if your ascent causes other people to become impoverished. You can't succeed if you take money from the public coffers and use it to construct hospitals, schools, and churches, pay teachers handsomely, build bridges, and prevent a child from receiving a malaria medication. "A monument in your honor won't be erected by future generations," he declared.
