Following his decisive victory in the Super Delegates Conference last month, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has resumed his engagement with the grassroots of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Dr. Bawumia swept away his opponents after scoring a landslide victory to place first in the August 26 polls, leaving his other nine challengers to share roughly 30% of the total votes cast in the bid to select five out of the number of candidates for November's main congress.
Dr. Bawumia has resumed his constituency engagements in the Oti Region, less than two weeks after the election.
Dr. Bawumia is slated to spend the next few days in the Region before travelling to the Volta Region to continue his 'Connecting with the People' engagements.
