Former Hearts of Oak defender Acquah Harrison is dissatisfied with the team's current state, characterizing them as a waste of a football team.
In an interview with Onua Sports, Harrison, a member of the Hearts of Oak squad that won the inaugural CAF Confederations Cup, expressed his frustration.
When asked about the last time he watched his former club play, Harrison stated, "It's been a while since I watched Accra Hearts of Oak matches because every time I do, I get the impression that they're not taking the game seriously. During our tenure, we were dedicated, serious, and always wanted to succeed, whereas the current squad has ruined everything. They are unaware of the significance of the myriad colors they wear. I would rather follow European football than Accra Hearts Of Oak."
Harrison, who has transitioned into coaching, is currently looking for a position with an elite team. His remarks reflect his dissatisfaction with the current situation at Hearts of Oak and his predilection for watching European soccer instead.
