Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has finally responded to Oboy Siki's insults and ridicule regarding the 'cheap house' he built for his mother.
Lilwin stated in an interview that he is very proud of himself for being able to construct a house for his mother, regardless of the cost.
According to the actor, he built what he could afford for his mother, so he will not permit spiteful individuals like Oboy Siki to undermine his efforts.
During the interview, Lilwin also stated that many movie actors have learned from his kindness towards his mother, so he should be commended rather than ridiculed.
Six years ago, Lilwin, a comedic actor, presented his mother with an eight-bedroom home to commemorate his 70th birthday.
Lilwin, who is also a musician, presented the multi-story structure to her in the presence of a small group of friends and family.
According to the award-winning actor, his mother has sacrificed so much for him, particularly for his career, that he deemed it appropriate to honor her with the home at Buoho in Kumasi, the capital of the Ashanti Regional State.
Although he built the house four years ago, he decided to wait until she turned 70 before moving in. His mother, Adwoa Offei, thanked him and prayed that God would prosper him.
