Palgrave Boakye-Danquah, Parliamentary Candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Abuakwa North Constituency, will join his fans and sympathizers in a healthwalk on Saturday, September 2.
The 'Walk to Serve' exercise will begin about 5:30 a.m. near Old Tafo and end at Osiem-Ettukrom in the constituency.
The walk, organized by Friends of Palgrave Boakye-Danquah, is intended to rally support for the Government Spokesperson on Governance and Security as he prepares to run in the February parliamentary primaries.
He is widely expected to be elected as the next Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North.
Dr. Boakye-Danquah has already begun development projects in the constituency.
He recently built mechanized boreholes for inhabitants in Old Tafo-Fofiase and Anyinasin, with many more in Osiem, Mid-Tafo, Dar El Salam, Kukurantumi, Nobi, Sokode Juasu, and Ayigbe Town on the way.
