Are you prepared for the Zambian music smackdown of the century? Yes? You're in luck, then! dESH.DUBS is back with another amazing record, this time featuring his countryman Shimasta's hard-hitting approach. The new Hip-Hop single, titled "Boombah," features rapid and furious verses that showcase the incredible synergy between the two artists. Uniquely combining the chill of dESH.DUBS's instantly recognisable husky voice and signature "lazy dope style" with the heat of Shimasta's Bemba-driven lyricism.

Benjamz's production is also noteworthy; he does a great job of blending together lively basslines, powerful drum rhythms, and soft saxophone sounds. dESH says of the song, "Boombah," that it "is a praise to the ladies whose twisting and twirling makes the world go wild," and that they "bring life" to the song. The new song is just the pick-me-up they need to keep going.

'Boombah!' is a colossal collaboration between dESH.DUBS, Shimasta, and Benjamz. The song will be included on his upcoming studio album "Mata-Glap," along with his previous songs "Dubstar," "Luna," and "Moye." The album is expected to drop in August or September. The album will feature an exciting fusion of genres, including Reggae, Dubstep, Hip-Hop, Drill, Afrobeat, and Zambezi. However, before that happens, there will be yet another tremendous team effort. While you patiently wait for his future album, dESH.DUBS and compatriot Milz will release Mary J, a Reggae tune produced by Spain's Victor Gallardo, on July 30, 2023. Anticipate!

Boombah is an essential album for any Hip-Hop or Reggae-Dancehall enthusiast. Sound engineering was done by Marcel of MoSound Production in Zoetermeer, Netherlands, while mastering was done by Ivo Statinsk of Statinski Mastering in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

In reference to dESH.DUBS, Benjamz, and Shimasta

Since launching his solo career in 2005, Zambian Reggae-Dancehall artist dESH.DUBS has been making waves in the industry. The celebrity with the husky voice has worked with numerous local and international artists, including Bob Muli, Milz, Victor Gallardo, and Kel-P, and is noted for his flexibility and ability to fuse different genres. A new album, titled "Mata-Glap," is now in the works; it will feature the previously released singles "Dubstar," "Luna," and "Moye" when it is finally published in late August or early September.

Chibuike Benjamin Nnonah, better known by his stage name Benjamz, collaborated with Kel-P on Burna Boy's "African Giant" album, which was nominated for a Grammy. The Nigerian music producer Phyno and Tekno, as well as the English singer-songwriter Jorja Smith ('Gum Body), have all collaborated with the Grammy-nominated producer.

Shimasta is a reliable performer, making him a staple in the Zambian music industry. He is a true Hip Hop icon, and he raps in his home dialect of Bemba. Both Shimasta and dESH.DUBS have extensive discographies; the two were featured on Mwaka's "Zambezi Symphony" alongside Queen Sheba, Blak Gzus, Louie X, Nasty D, and 2wice, among others.
