The CEO of MeBoafo foundation in Asamankese in the Eastern Region, Mr Emmanuel Obiri Addo , has extended felicitations to the people of the area, ahead of the Christmas and New Year festivities.

According to him, the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ is unique and must therefore bring peace and tranquility among the good people of Asamankese and beyond.

“Let us endeavour to use the festivities marking the birth of Jesus Christ for sober reflection of what we have done in the past and what we intend doing in the future,’’ he said. He said we should take advantage of the birth of Jesus Christ to assist the socially marginalized in the society to make the world a better place for all.

He said that the peaceful nature of the good people of Asamankese should be sustained, irrespective of divergent positions of the people on various issues.

Mr Emmanuel said, as the servant of the people, he would continue to offer his best at all times whether education, health, social interventions etc

“On the occasion of Christmas and New Year, I wish each of us the best of luck and blessings. Let us continue to be each other’s keeper and move forward as one people and look into the future with hope,’’ he said.
