Kena Friends And Family (KENAFAM) Foundation led by Mrs Irene Baah Asare, Project Manager of KENAFAM, Senior Human Resource Officer of Cocoa Research Institute (CRIG) New Tafo-Akim and Abuakwa North Constituency New Patriotic Party's (NPP) Treasurer, has from the 21st December, 2022 to 23rd December, 2022, toured seven (7) communities in the Abuakwa North Municipality including Ofori Panin Special School to donate, toys, clothes, foot wears bicycles and other assorted items to the residents.




The communities are Fischer, Anyinasin, Nobi, Tontro, Anweabeng, Bosodumase and Sokode Juaso.

Speaking to Nana Kwasi Asare, Mrs Irene Baah Asare said, the gesture is a way of giving back to the society especially the less privileged ahead of this years yuletide.

She added that, children being the future leaders of the society should be well educated and cated for in order to make them responsible adults in future for socio-economic development of the country as a whole.

She admonished all to emulate gesture.


Mrs Irene Baah Asare further, advised all to celebrate this festive season in moderation and abstain from all social vices.

According to her, KENAFAM Foundation is a registered charitable non-governmental organization which was co-founded by Mr Joshua Amoako Kena, a philanthropist living abroad and said their core mandate is to provide support for others.
