Hudson-Odoi Turns Down Otto Addo's Call-UpThe Chelsea player, Callum Hudson-Odoi, has rejected the Ghana Black Stars coach’s attempt to include him in his 2022 World Cup squad.

Otto Addo, the second Ghanaian coach to qualify the Black Stars for the FIFA World Cup, is set to name his 26-man squad for the trip to Qatar on Monday, November 14th, at 11:00 a.m.Despite the fact that Hudson-Odoi was not named to Otto Addo's initial 55-man squad, some English media reports that he has turned down Ghana's advances.

The Chelsea winger already had three senior England caps before turning 21, and he, however, wants to concentrate on his club football and keep his options open for a potential return to the England squad.

Ghana has had a great transfer window in this year’s world cup preparation as many players, including Tariq Lamptey of Brighton, Inaki Williams of Athletic Club, and many others, switched to play for the Black Stars.

However, Hudson-Odoi, who is currently on loan at Bayer Leverkusen in Germany, remained adamant about switching.
