Ghanaian actress Xandy Kamel has reacted to the insults and body shaming from fashion critic Charlie Dior on his "Fashion Review" show.
A video from Charlie Dior's fashion show went viral on social media late yesterday, showing him body shaming and dragging Xandy Kamel over her outfit.
Charlie Dior featured Xandy Kamel for the first time on his show, but for the wrong reason. Describing her outfit and giving his opinion, Charlie Dior disclosed that in the quest to look good, Xandy Kamel ended up wearing an outfit with mismatched colors.
Charlie Dior also likened Xandy Kamel to a "flower pot" due to the wild colors in her outfit.
Reacting to Charlie Dior's video, she took to her Instagram page to say that she used to admire Charlie Dior from afar but woke up to his body-shaming video.
"Wow, that's interesting Just a few weeks ago, I was telling @afia_pinamang_ that, "Oh, I love this dude from far," and she was like, "Yeah,a he is cool and nic," only for me to wake up to another body shaming coming from shim wow
Dear Charlie Dior, God bless you for all the insults and body shaming.
As long as you look just like me, I am fine, and I leave you to your conscience and to God.
That is, if you have any.
I know no one loves me (Xandy).
I know I have no fans.
I know I have no support.
I know I have no one to speak up for, encourage, or stand for me.
But I believe I have a God who sees all the hate I get from you guys.
Keep pushing me into depression. "One day the anger of God will come upon you all,, she said.
