I Prefer Kennedy Agyapong A Trillion Times Over Bawumia – Blakk Rasta

Blakk Rasta, the host of a reggae show on 3FM, has stated that he would favor New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to his NPP rival, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

According to the outspoken media personality, he would rather have the member of parliament for Assin Central govern despite his lack of experience than the vice president, whom he considered prone to lying.

"I do not want Kennedy Agyapong to become president of this country because, in my opinion, he is incapable of governing a nation.

I would rather have Kennedy Agyapong as president than Bawumia.

However, his religion teaches him that lying leads to hell," he stated on his program.

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Kennedy Agyapong are among approximately ten individuals who have been approved by the NPP for its forthcoming flagbearer contest for the 2024 general election.

The party is expected to conduct a special delegates congress prior to the November 4 election to reduce the number of delegates to five before the main congress.

In the run-up to the election, Kennedy Agyapong has criticized Dr. Bawumia's campaign, alleging the vice president of presiding over a severe decline in the nation's economy despite being labeled a "strategist.

""We will encounter difficulties if we do not conduct a pure campaign, as I will respond to every allegation made against me.

You call yourself a strategist, but when we took power the dollar was worth four cedis and today it is worth twelve cedis, yet you call yourself a strategist.

"In March 2022, I had 40 million dollars in Cedi equivalent, but by August 2022, the value had dropped to 16 million dollars.

"With my steel plant, I will employ thousands of workers in this country within the next few months, and I have the largest cold storage facility in all of Africa.

As for you, the government pays you, pays your house girls, pays your security, and you live in government bungalows. However, I pay 7158 employees each month in this country.

This is internal politics, so we shouldn't be dirty, but if they assault me, I will respond," Kennedy Agyapong told NPP delegates during one of his campaign stops.

Despite the strong responses from the vice president's camp, Blakk Rasta maintained on his program that Kennedy Agyapong's accusation against the vice president was correct.
