A university student from UDS has captured the hearts of many after sharing how he sells waakye to pay his school fees. Frank Alex Adontey, who is a level 300 student, decided to venture into the food business to earn some money and take care of his sick mother.
In an interview on YouTube, Frank revealed that his business has been lucrative, and he makes enough profit to pay his fees, take care of his mother, and feed himself as well. He invested 300 cedis into the business, and he makes between 20 to 50 cedis in profit per day.
Despite the challenges of being a student and running a business, Frank has remained determined and hopes to set up a food joint on the UDS campus to grow his business.
Social media users have applauded Frank for his innovation and for making good use of his time. Frank's story is a source of inspiration to many, and he is a true example of hard work and dedication.
