Tenant in shock after landlord invaded his home to pass toilet pipes through his apartment

In a startling incident, a tenant residing in Lagos state was left dumbfounded when his landlord intruded into his home, rerouting toilet pipes from two other apartments through his own living space. The shocking event unfolded in Akerele estate, located in Oworonsoki, earlier this year in March. The tenant's friend, who brought this incident to light on Twitter, shared a video where his friend narrated the distressing experience. According to the tenant, another resident informed him that their landlord requested his apartment key to carry out some plumbing work within the building.

To his astonishment, upon his return, the tenant discovered that two toilet pipes from neighboring apartments had been forcefully passed through his own residence. What made matters worse was the careless manner in which these pipes were installed. They were visibly exposed, lacking any attempts to conceal or integrate them into the building structure. Overwhelmed by the situation, the tenant expressed his need for justice, as the poor execution of this shoddy plumbing job would undoubtedly cause him significant distress if he were to continue living in the house.

This distressing incident highlights the severe breach of privacy and disregard for tenant rights that occurred in this Lagos state apartment complex. The tenant's shock and call for justice serve as a reminder of the importance of maintaining ethical practices in property management to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all residents.
