The Ghana Football Association has released the fixtures for betpawa premier league, formerly called Ghana Premier League for the 2022/2023 season.
The season will start on September 9, 2022.
Accra Hearts of Oak faces a tough test in match day one as they travel to take on Aduana Stars. The first home match for the FA Cup champions will be against Bibiani Gold Stars before traveling to Kumasi for Ghana's version of El-Clasico against Asante Kotoko on match day 3.
Debutants Tamale City FC, will play away to Karela United FC on match day 1 before welcoming to the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale.
The Tamale derby will take place on match day four against The Pride of the North Real Tamale United (RTU). Tamale City is unbeaten in their six meetings with RTU and will be looking forward to continue their fine form against the traditional club.
League champions will open the campaign at home against new comers Nsoantreman FC before taking a tricky trip to Bechem to play Bechem United.
