Edudzi Tamakloe, head of legal affairs for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has challenged Attorney-General Godfred Yeboah Dame to testify in the ongoing ambulance trial.
This challenge follows comments by Dame urging Ghanaians to dismiss the NDC's arguments, including an audio conversation involving Dame and the third accused, Richard Jakpa.
Tamakloe argued that if Dame has nothing to hide, he should testify under oath. He questioned Dame's concern about being recorded and criticized him for making statements from abroad.
Tamakloe emphasized the need for Dame to clarify the undisputed meeting between himself, Jakpa, and a Supreme Court Justice.
