Godfred Dame has never coerced accused person in Ato Forson case – Deputy A-G responds to NDC

The Attorney General’s office has denied allegations by Richard Jakpa, the third accused in the trial of Minority Leader Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson.

Jakpa claimed that Attorney General Godfred Dame sought his false testimony to incriminate Forson.

The AG’s office refuted this, stating they never sought cooperation from any accused, nor have they accepted plea bargaining proposals from Jakpa.

The NDC condemned the AG's actions as political persecution and manipulation of justice.

The party plans a press conference to present supporting evidence of their claims against the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration.
