Ghanaian businessman Richard Jakpa has defended his role in the controversial ambulance procurement deal, asserting that the Attorney General's case against Minority Leader Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson is a witch-hunt.
Jakpa revealed that his initiative followed President Atta Mills' call for more ambulances.

Jakpa then engaged Big Sea Company Limited to meet the technical specifications.
He insists that his company was responsible for managing Big Sea's West African operations, excluding Nigeria.
