The former presidential Staffer under former president Mahama, Mr.Adu Asare has admitted that life in opposition has been difficult for the NDC since losing the 2016 election.
According to the former Member of Parliament for Adenta constituency, the NDCs predicament is as a result of lack of inflow of revenue to the party after losing the election.
Speaking to Accra based Joy FM Mr. Adu Asare explained that though he is not broke, life in government guaranteed a steady stream of income which opposition does not offer.
The former Adenta MP lost his seat after he pussyfooted on the decision to seek re-election, losing the primaries in the process.
But he said several factors including obstacles put in his way by some party officials in the constituency made it hard for him to throw his heart in the ring.
