The John Mahama campaign team for election 2020 has denied a publication suggestion that an amount of GHC265,000 donated towards his campaign to lead the opposition NDC into the next general election is missing.
The spokesperson for the team James Agyenim Boateng tells Starr News that all donations received by the ex-President will be used for the intended purposes.
“There’s absolutely no truth at all in that fake news published by that online news portal, I can assure you that no money is missing. Every money received on that legitimate platforms launched by the John Mahama 2020 Campaign is intact.
Indeed disbursement has not even started let alone talk about monies disappearing, I can also assure you that all monies received will be accounted for and be put to the purpose for which it was donated judiciously.”
