The limited registration exercise organized by the Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana came to an end on Sunday, July 7, 2019, with hundreds of applicants still not registered.
Many of these applicants were praying the Electoral Commission to extend the time so they can all register.
However, there will be no extension according to Madam Sylvia Annor.
Speaking to Nana Yaw Kesse, sit-in host of Peace FM's morning show ‘Kokrokoo’, the EC Communication Officer, Sylvia Annor, bemoaned the ‘last-minute’ attitude of some Ghanaians but described the exercise generally as ‘successful’.
