The Founder and Leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, has returned to police cells after spending a few hours at the hospital.
The controversial man of God was taken ill Monday night, hours after an Accra Circuit Court denied him bail.
He was then rushed to the Police Hospital in Accra for treatment despite being in handcuffs, 3news.com gathered.
Rev Owusu Bempah was discharged and sent back to cells.
He was arrested on Sunday, September 12, together with three other members of his church. On Monday, he was charged with offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace, the threat of death, and assault of office public officers.
Judge Afia Owusuaa Appiah denied him bail and remanded him into police custody to re-appear on Monday, September 20.
