The organising committee of the Africa cup of nations has appointed Former Ghana FA vice President George Afriyie as the Match commissioner for the match no. 22 between Mauritania and Angola.
George Afriyie, who is a member of the CAF AFCON organising committee is doubling up on match commissioning duties.
This will be his first match as a commissioner of the competition, even though he has been part of other activities of the tournament as an organising member.
On the other hand, Ghana’s Prince Pambo who is a member of the CAF medical team will be in charge of doping control services in the same match.
