Benin intensified their preparations towards the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations with a 1-0 victory over Guinea in a friendly on Tuesday.
The match was played behind closed doors in Marrakech, Morocco.
Benin was supposed to play against Mauritania but the fixture was cancelled.
Stéphane Sessegnon's brilliant free-kick in the 30th minute from the edge of the box was enough to see the Squirrels clinch the win.
Benin are expected to play another friendly before heading to Egypt for the tournament in which they are paired with Ghana, Cameroon and Guinea Bissau in Group F.
The Squirrels will face Ghana in their opening match and will take on Guinea Bissau and Cameroon in their other group games respectively.
