Ghanaian international Gideon Mensah remains unfazed by the absence of eight key players ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Black Stars are set to conclude their qualifiers against Angola and Niger this week, despite missing notable players such as Joseph Paintsil, Antoine Semenyo, and Inaki Williams due to injuries and personal issues.
Mensah acknowledged the withdrawals as significant but expressed confidence in the team's depth, stating that every player is vital and that replacements are ready to step up.
Coach Otto Addo has called up new players to fill the gaps. Ghana will face Angola in Luanda on November 15 and host Niger in Accra on November 18, 2024.
