Rwandan referee Rurisa Patience Fidele has been designated as the main referee for the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations Group F qualifier between Ghana and Niger.

As a FIFA-listed referee, Fidele brings a wealth of experience from various international and continental tournaments, having officiated in the CAF Champions League, CAF Confederation Cup, and Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
He was also part of the officiating team for the 2019 Africa U23 Cup of Nations and frequently referees in Rwanda’s Premier League.
