General captain of Ghana Premier League side Aduana Stars, Emmanuel Akuoko is not thinking about hanging his boots anytime soon.
The 37 year old has paid his dues for the 2009 league winners.
Akuoko was a key member of the Aduana Stars setup that stunningly won the 2009-10 Ghana premier league in their debut season.
It has become common among local football enthusiasts that footballers in their late thirties are close to bowing out of the game.
Speaking to OTEC FM, the player revealed that he plans to play football for the next 5 years.
āIām not retiring anytime soon, I still have 5 years in my playing career,ā he said.
