Ghana's Afriyie Acquah scored in the Italian top-flight league on Sunday but the Torino midfielder was sent off during the game.
The Black Stars player scored for Torino in their 3-2 win over Cagliari at the Stadio Sant'Elia on Sunday.
Acquah made it 3-0 in the 53rd minute after he delivered a stunner outside the box with the fiercely struck effort.
He was sent off in the 90th minute for a second bookable offence.
The win is Torino's 11th victory this season, the third on the road.
