According to Sky Sports, Liverpool's recruitment team, led by Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes, is actively scouting for emerging talents to fill potential gaps in the squad over the next year, with Semenyo emerging as a strong candidate.

The 24-year-old has made significant strides at Bournemouth, scoring five goals in 14 Premier League appearances last season and adding three goals in nine matches this season under coach Andoni Iraola.
