Ghana Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan is happy with his first goal of the 2018/2019 Turkish Superlig season for Kayserispor.
Gyan was the hero of the day at the Kader Has Stadium on Sunday when he rose high above his marker to nod home the only goal of the game against Akhisar Belediyespor
The experienced forward who has been battling with fitness this season took to twitter to express his delight after aiding his club to victory.
“Thank God for the important win today. The goal came at the right time. Great fans, thanks Soo much for still having confidence in me. God is always the answer.” Gyan tweeted.
He is expected to play a key role as Kayserispor continue to battle their way out of the drop zone.
