Comic Ghanaian boxer, Braimah Isaac Kamoko also known as Bukom Banku, has revealed that fighting Bastie Samir is no longer his focus.
The boxer who touts himself as African Mayweather lost his bragging rights after being humbled by Bastie at the Bukom Boxing Arena somewhere in 2017.
In a non-title fight scheduled for 12 rounds, Bastie produced the performance of his career to end Bukom’s undefeated record by stopping him in the seventh round.
Banku looked in danger of being stopped earlier after he fell but held on before Bastie delivered the clinical blows in the seventh round to secure the victory and maintain his enviable unbeaten record.

Speaking about whether or not to revenge the infamous defeat, the boxer turned musician told SVTV Africa’s Dj Nyaami in a video monitored by MyNewsGh.com that he was concerned with international glories and not local ones.
“Right now I am thinking forward no Bastie. If somebody beats you don’t discourage yourself from being a champion. You must train hard so that God will give another opportunity. I want to prove to Ghanaians that I am still African Mayweather”, he said.
