The senior national women’s team of Ghana,the Black Queens players rejected the $150 allowance given to them by the Ghana Football Association after their participation in the just ended Turkish Women’s Cup.
The Black Queens defeated Northern Ireland and Kenya to win medals in the eight-nation invitational tournament.
After their participation in the tourney, the Queens upon arrival were given $150 each as allowance after their 10 days stay in Turkey for the tourney.
The players have rejected the amount, Happy Sports can report.
Happy Sports understands that the team will meet the Ghana Football Association president Kurt Okraku on Monday on the issue.
