Black Satellites midfielder Mohammed Kudus has apologized to Ghanaians for their shambolic display against Senegal on Wednesday.
The Nordsjaelland playmaker says they are sorry for their poor output in the 2-0 defeat but insists they will make amends on Saturday against Mali to secure qualification.
“We are very gutted for letting Ghana down with a poor performance & results vs Senegal. Come Saturday( 09-02-09) is a test of character, we’ll represent our DNA & the Will of the Sparkling Black Star to bleed Red, Gold (Yellow) & Green for our beloved Motherland.” Kudus posted on his Facebook page
“Are we Black Satellites without the support & prayers of a unified Ghana?? Absolutely Not. We are cos of you Ghana ????????! Until we are called to Rest.”
Kudus has so far been Ghana’s best player in the tournament and he will be in thick of events if the country should grab the remaining ticket from Group B.
