Black Stars B defeat Inter-Allies in friendly

Ghana’s Black Stars B team defeated Inter-Allies 3-1 in a warm-up friendly at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence in Prampram on Thursday.

The game formed part of Coach Kwesi Appiah’s side's preparation for their upcoming WAFU tournament and Championship of African Nations qualifier against Burkina Faso.

Midfielder Samuel Bekoe shot Inter-Allies in front after converting a penalty kick in the first half following a foul on Inter-Allies striker Kojo Dei in the 18-yard box.

Awal Mohammed equalized from the penalty spot after a foul on center-back Musah Nuhu.

Substitute Sampson Eduku gave Black Stars B the lead with a superb finish having being played through by Majeed Ashimeru.

Zakaria Mumuni registered his name on the score sheet with a wonderful drive to ensure the Black Stars snatched victory
